What to expect
Many clients I work with are new to therapy or are starting to talk to someone about some pretty difficult things for the first time. As an Asian American woman, I get how hard it can be to reach out and ask for help.
From the very first session, I aim to create a space that feels safe for you to ask the scary and uncomfortable questions, set the pace, and provide feedback about your care.
